Kim Fisher

Landscape Architect

Born and raised in central Indiana, Kim’s childhood goal was to spend as much time as she could outside exploring the local woods, climbing trees, and building dams in the creek. As she got older, the design influences from her architect father started to blend with her love of plants, and lead her to pursue a degree in Landscape Architecture from Purdue University.

After graduation, Kim worked for design/build firms in Indianapolis and Houston, Texas before making Michigan her home. With several years in the profession under her belt, she passed the required tests and became a Registered Landscape Architect in both Indiana and Michigan. Kim’s work experience has included both commercial and residential work. Designing community parks and open spaces, high-end residential properties to small perennial gardens have all been arenas in which she has worked.

Creating outdoor spaces that enhance people’s lives is Kim’s passion.
